PAGE CHARGES
In most cases, articles published in Biodiversity are free of page charges.  However, page charges may be applied in certain circumstances such as when the article is part of an approved project with allocated funds to cover publication costs.

REVIEW PROCESS
Articles will be reviewed by the Managing Editor and the Editor-in-Chief.  Most articles submitted for publication are subject to peer review.  In this process the articles will be reviewed by one or two qualified reviewers chosen by the Biodiversity editors. Authors will be requested to respond to changes recommended by the reviewers before the article can be accepted for publication.

Biodiversity is dedicated to environmentally friendly production processes. For this reason, it prefers authors to send queries and materials electronically. Please send all materials to:
